FUSD Reproductive Justice Initiative has MANY ways to support our Ballot Initiative and GOTV activities this fall. Here is a summary:
- For the Coloradans for Protecting Reproductive Freedom (CO Ballot Initiative), please sign up for Field Squad training to be involved in all local events. These trainings are held on zoom on Wednesdays at 6 pm or Saturdays at 10:30 am to be included in all click here.
- There are also events being posted on this google doc every week.
- Virtual Phone Banks: Say it loud! Shout it from the rooftops! Join Coloradans for Protecting Reproductive Freedom for weekly phone banks starting Thursdays, August 8th from 5:30-8 pm! We’re going to reach out to voters across the state to share why abortion is healthcare and why they are voting for this measure. https://www.mobilize.us/co4repro/event/650681/
- Two letter writing opportunities in September on the 22nd and 29th from 1:30-5:30 pm. We have reserved the community room at FUSD to get out the vote for the ballot initiative in CO and/or Vote forward to support Caraveo in Colorado District 8. More details to come.
- Save the date for a Women’s March November 2nd in DC and everywhere.
- Canvassing with Cobalt (and Kimberly!): Sept 14, 9 am-1 pm, click here.
- Sex Trivia event: Sept 25, 6:30-8:30 pm at Town Hall Collaborative on S. Santa Fe in Denver. Sign up.
- Shop at Little Herbal Apothecary and support Cobalt: Sept 29, 11 am-1 pm. 210 S. Public road, Lafayette, CO.
