The 2026 Auction, “Together Again in Our Blue Boat Home,” will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 5:00 pm.
This year, the primary bidding will be conducted online, giving everyone ample time to browse and bid. Then join us for the grand finale celebration featuring a chili supper with drinks and dessert, a Special Call, and select live auction items.
Online bidding opens in April, so start thinking about what you’d like to donate and help make this year’s auction a success. More details here.

Two pillars of Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, together they form a cosmic and ethical framework for how to live a good life. This Sunday will be a Dharma-style introduction to how this works.

Know Your Rights Training with the Denver Justice Project
We hope everyone will join us for this training. As a congregation, we must all be prepared, whether we are in the streets, our neighborhood, or at church, to understand our constitutional rights and know how to protect them.
The Denver Justice Project will lead a Know Your Rights workshop to help participants navigate interactions with law enforcement as safely as possible. The training will also help community members understand their constitutional rights and recognize when those rights have been violated.
This event is open to the community. Please share with friends and family.

This participatory class of three hours will provide an introduction to Unitarian Universalism and First Unitarian Church. An added bonus is that you will meet some wonderful people! The FUSD annual business meeting is on May 31st after the 9:15 service. There will be no second service that day. The Board of Trustees had hoped to have a vote on the new church bylaws. However, that has been deferred to a special meeting scheduled for the beginning of the next church year (Sept-October). In the meantime, the new bylaws will be posted in First Announce and Order of Service. The BOT will hold Q&A sessions in preparation for the special meeting.
