Denver’s 149th Annual Thanksgiving Interfaith Service

149th Annual Thanksgiving Interfaith Service in Denver

Denver’s Annual Thanksgiving Interfaith Service — started in 1876 — is one of the oldest continuous interfaith partnerships in the country and First Unitarian has a long tradition of participating. This year’s service will be held at the Denver Buddhist Temple (1947 Lawrence St.) and will begin at 10 am on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 27). The service will last approximately an hour and will be followed by light refreshments.

Monetary and nonperishable food donations will be gratefully accepted on behalf of our local mission partner, Metro Caring. For more information on items to donate, please visit this link.

Parking will be available in the Sakura Square garage, located at 1950 Lawrence St. (validation will be processed inside the temple with your license plate number). Overflow garage parking will also be available: details to come! Additionally, street parking in Denver is free for the holiday.
