Rev. Lia Davis ‧ Minister of Music
Lia Davis began playing piano by ear at age five. Her classical training provided a foundation for her multifaceted music career. She is an accomplished musician across many genres, including jazz, Argentine tango, classical, folk, and pop music. Piano is her native instrument, though she also sings and plays the accordion, organ, electric bass, folk harp, and drums. Lia has taught piano for over 30 years to students of all ages and skill levels. She has served at First Unitarian Denver since 2007, first as Worship Musician, then as Music Director, before being ordained by the First Unitarian community in April 2025 as Minister of Music.
