Join us for Music Sunday Service, “One Safe Place” with Lia Davis and Wyatt Smith.
Social issues are often portrayed as abstract concepts, without honoring those that the issues affect. Our Music Sunday service will hold up and honor the humanity of immigrants worldwide. Through music and poetry, we will share snapshots of immigrant journeys and some of the physical, emotional, and spiritual longings and challenges of those seeking a new home. This service features our own First Unitarian Chalice Singers along with guest musicians Stephen Bott on marimba and Kari Clifton on cello, and guest poet Jozer Guererro.
