Our FUSD Social Justice Network is convening a book discussion group on the book This Is an Uprising: How Nonviolent Revolt Is Shaping the Twenty-First Century, by Mark Engler and Paul Engler. The authors explain that nonviolent direct action is not just a philosophy; it is a strategy that we can learn to develop together and then put into practice.
