First Unitarian Society of Denver is marching in the Denver Pride Parade this Sunday!
If you’re joining us, here’s what you need to know:
- Meet at the church at 9:00 am. We’ll walk over to Cheesman Park together as a group.
- Need a shirt? Grab one from Frank before we head out.
- We need to be at 11th and Race by 9:30 to 9:45 am to get our wristbands from Eddy and line up. We’re marching as Group Blue #39, alongside our friends from Jefferson Unitarian.
A few important notes:
- It’s going to be hot, around 94 degrees, so bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, water, and snacks.
- Once we start marching, we won’t be coming back to the park, so don’t leave anything behind there.
- Please don’t hand anything to spectators along the route. It can result in a fine.
- Any questions once you have your wristband? Find Eddy before we step off.
